It could not be easier to integrate a Pipeliner into your system.

Simply, the Pipeliner is designed to be located on the inlet side of the pump, providing the pressure is between –1 and +4 bar.

The Pipeliner macerates the particles to the desired size, which then allows the pump to run with little resistance, meaning your process will run at its optimum.

Smaller particle size through the pump means it does not work as hard, therefore, it does not have to be maintained as often.

Once the Pipeliner has been integrated, depending on the model, it will then be able to withstand flow rates up to 360m³/hr
